ORDER OF EVENTS
Ashton & Alex’s Maison Treme elopement was the perfect intimate getaway followed by portraits in the French Quarter then Dinner at Justine.
We’ve loved how elopements have become even more popular especially in the past few years. It’s been so nice to get a peek into different properties in different parts of the city, and this Maison Treme bed and breakfast was such a nice one in a great area. We loved the private courtyard for their ceremony, and the carriage house had everything you’d need for an overnight stay. The courtyard even has a pool which is so nice to have in New Orleans almost all year round. This spot is located right off of the French Quarter in the Treme neighborhood making it the perfect spot to enjoy some of the most picturesque and historic parts of the city.
Ashton & Alex got ready separately then had a sweet first look on the balcony. Alex made cocktails with herbs from the garden, and the two of them had their wedding ceremony with personal vows, some laughs, and a few tears. After their ceremony, we walked over to explore the French Quarter, snapping some cute shots of them along the way.
