Why we love shooting film on wedding days
Call us photography nerds, but when it comes to film, there’s just something so dreamy about its grain, its timelessness, the aesthetic imperfections and the element of surprise. You never really know what you’re going to get until the film is developed.
There’s a tactile quality that digital simply cannot replicate. Plus, printed film images are out of this world. If you think they look good on a screen, you should see them printed. Film can pick up more resolution in an image, capturing an amount of detail that digital just can’t.

How does this work?
Inquire through our booking page. If we’re available on your date, we start the conversation to see if we’re a good fit. If so, we’ll send over an invoice for a deposit and photography agreement to lock in your date. From there, we work with you to create a timeline to ensure no moments are missed. Day-of, we show up ready to capture you candidly and artistically, gently guiding you toward the best light. You can relax knowing your day is being beautifully captured by professionals. Wedding previews are delivered within one to two weeks, and your full gallery will be available in four to six weeks after the preview is delivered. We select and edit the best images and make them available via digital download.
Can you recomend A trusted videographer?
We know several exceptional videographers we would be happy to recommend. Just ask and we can make the introduction.
Should I consider An Engagement Session?
Whether you’re a New Orleans local or coming in from out of town, we recommend an engagement session so we can get to know each other and ease any nerves before the wedding day.
