Alex and Chris’s intimate fall New Orleans Pitot House wedding is the best wedding for us to ring in the 2019!
We arrived at the Pitot House just as they were getting ready then strolled over to the Botanical Gardens through for some photos. When we walked back to City Park, Alex and Chris’s family and closest friends were there, ready to witness them promise each other forever. It was a laid-back, cozy, simple ceremony under the oaks and they were married by one of their closest friends who shared fond memories of the two of them. There was champagne at the park before a quick stop at Pal’s Bar on the way to their Pitot House reception. Katie Parris of Thistle Company did a beautiful job with planning and florals. The Luv Sexy band played music and Alex’s dad had a few karaoke performances and everyone dance and had Angelo Brocato cannolis. At the end of the night, Young Pin Stripe Brass lead a second line to a New Orleans street car and waved goodbye for the night.
Alex and Chris, thank you for allowing us to be a part of such a fun and relaxed celebration of your love. Here are a few of our favorite images from their wedding.
