Our Most Frequently Asked Questions
How do you take payments?
We take a deposit upon booking, and the remaining amount of your payment is due one month before the wedding. We take payments via ACH Bank Transfer, Credit Card (fees), Chase + Zelle, Check.
My budget isn’t within your starting prices. Can we work something out?
Since our availability is limited, we aren’t able to offer discounts on our collections. However, we are always happy to hop on a call and see if creating a custom collection would be an option for you. We’re usually able to be more flexible if your wedding is on a week day or on a date we have open within the next two to three months.
How long will it take to see my full wedding gallery?
We know you’re excited to see your photos! We typically send full galleries delivered between four to six weeks after the event.
How do I make my booking official?
We want you to feel 100% before you book. To get started, fill out our form, and we will start the conversation. From there, we will send over a photo agreement and an invoice for a deposit to hold your date. Then it’s official! you’re on our books.
Do the two of you (Caitlin & Thad) photograph everything together?
We photograph most weddings together, but we always guarantee at least one of us at every experience. If we hire a second shooter, you can trust they are fullly vetted by us.
